This Ford Radio was tested and is working on both AM & FM stereo.
The unit DOES have a Balance control on the right rear knob behind tuning.
All 4 original knobs are included.
Model # is partially visible in one of the photos: ***F-19A241AB.
Dial does have a crack at about the 100 mark.
Based on online data found AND the fact it was pulled from a Ford Truck, I believe it could be the 1977 model listed below:
