I do not know the exact model this came from. The off and on knob works and clicks when turning off and on. Some buttons will push in and work as they should. The next to last button from the right will push in, but won't come back out unless you pull on it, and doesn't move when the other buttons are pushed in. The red station indicator doesn't move when pushing the buttons in. The knob on the right is missing and this dial will not turn. Radio needs cleanup. Not much rust on the outside.
