For USA customers, we ship via UPS/FedEx ground which takes 2-5 business days to arrive to most USA addresses depending on which state you are located in. For expedited shipping, it is an option when checking out or contact us for the cost. For customers in AK, VI, HI, PR or any addresses outside 48 states, we ship via USPS and shipping is $35. For Canadian customers, we ship via USPS/UPS by ground shipping. Shipping time and shipping cost may vary. You might need to pay custom tax when importing goods into your country, buyers are responsible for these fees.

We provide repairs or replacement due to one year warranty (except final sale or open box sale, which will be stated in the listing).
Please make sure the unit is in the same condition as received. Please also make sure all original paperwork, box, and accessories are intact and with the unit.
We will charge a 20% restocking fee on any non-defect return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please contact us to get a RMA # and return instructions. Any return packages without a RMA # will be rejected upon delivery. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.
Defective product must be reported within seven days of receipt. A processing fee of 20% will apply to the value of merchandise returned for a refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 5-10 days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
