You must obtain RMA # before shipping item back, otherwise your return will not be approved. Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packaging of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid. We cannot accept any COD shipments. If the item has been damaged in any way we reserve the right to decline the return request. Upon receipt of product a credit will be issued according to the original payment method.
