imperfections, each item is described and photographed to the best of our
ability. Please understand, many of the items we provide are 40+ years old. The
two main core values that we adhere to are that of exceptional customer service

always responded to in less than 24 hours, but may take an additional day if supplementary
research is required. All we ask is to be patient and respectful, regardless of
the reason for contacting us. Leaving a neutral/negative feedback, disputing
the payment, and/or opening an Pricetronic case before messaging us, will result in an
immediate block of the account and you will be unable to purchase items from us
in the future. Decisive measures will be taken to ensure the feedback is
removed and the case is closed in our favor. Though it is extremely rare, after
extensive research, we reserve the ability to cancel any transaction should we

Many of our used parts have been
in storage for many years. Used parts are just that, used. The parts come from
a plethora of places; some came from working cars, some from salvaged cars, and
others from lots. Various parts and components, such as but not limited to:
electrical parts and mechanical parts, which are difficult to test. Due to the
nature of electrical parts, there is a strict no return policy on any
electrical part or parts that contain electrical components. We do our best to
notate any part that has not been tested in the description above this. New
parts may occasionally be out of stock, in which case we will notify you and
issue a complete refund of the item. We sincerely apologize in advance for the
inconvenience this may cause. We do our best to keep inventory stocked and
accurate. If you have any questions with regards to availability, compatibility
with a year and model, or anything else, please feel free to message us,
ideally before purchasing. We do our best to list all compatible years and
models for parts. We highly recommended to double check, with multiple sources,
whether a part will fit your model and year car before purchasing. Shipping
We do our best to keep shipping
costs as low as possible. Many of our smaller items offer free domestic
shipping. However, please understand that sometimes due to package size and/or
weight, shipping fees can be quite high. This is out of our control and we
always try to find the most affordable solution. If you are purchasing multiple
items and would like combined shipping and/or would like to use a preferred
carrier for any reasons, please contact us before making a purchase and we will
do our best to accommodate you. All International shipments will have a
shipping charge associated with them. We are NOT
responsible for
any custom fees, import taxes, or other charges in regards to your country’s
regulations. Any packages being held by custom officials (both domestic and
international) that are not claimed, will be automatically returned to us, per
carrier policy. All items are shipped with USPS, FedEx, or UPS within one
business day, five days a week, Monday-Friday. We strive to package all items
very well with proper materials to ensure there is no damage in transit. Any
damage in transit is reported to the proper authorities for an investigation. It
is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address on file, at the time
of purchase, is correct. If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect
address, you will be notified and refunded. Once the item is in transit, it is
out of our control and there is very little we can do to assist you. We
recommend checking with your local post office and custom officials before
contacting us. Returns
We offer returns as a courtesy
and understand that sometimes parts don’t work or meet expectations. All we ask
is that you offer us the same understanding and the chance to assist you in
providing a solution. We ask that you message us BEFORE
opening a
case, so that we can provide proper instructions. Return shipping cost is the
buyer’s responsibility. All issues require VALID
proof, per Pricetronic
Policy. This means clear photos/video(s) that unquestionably document the
issue. Unclear or questionable proof, as well as poor reasoning or communication,
in an effort to scam or “fish” will result in no solution. Any “defect” on
new/sealed items is impossible to account for (since the item is sealed) and is
covered by the manufacturer of the product. We are NOT
responsible
for user error and it is the buyer’s prerogative to research any issue BEFORE
contacting
us. Partial refunds
will NOT
be given under any
circumstance. Returns must be the EXACT SAME
part purchased and
be returned in the EXACT SAME
condition. We document every part
